  • Order Accuracy: We are not responsible for incorrect orders. Please double-check your selection before placing an order.

Warranty Eligibility:

  • Products with a broken or tampered warranty seal, torn flex cables, or any application of super glue, adhesives, or similar materials are not eligible for warranty.
  • Warranty does not cover damages caused by improper usage, such as exposure to foreign objects or liquids, electrostatic discharge, incorrect voltage, or other external factors.

Replacement Timeline:

  • The replacement process begins within 5-7 working days after the product is received at our center.
  • 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM
  • 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM
