Shipping Details

Once your order is confirmed, our team processes it within 6-8 working hours. We strive to ship your parcel on the same day, ensuring it reaches you as quickly as possible. This efficient shipping process reflects our commitment to providing a seamless and hassle-free shopping experience.

For orders under PKR 5000, delivery charges must be paid in advance. For orders above PKR 5000, you can check the advance payment required using the Advance Payment Calculator available on the Order Confirmation page. Alternatively, the advance amount will be auto-generated and displayed during checkout. Please note that payment of this advance amount is mandatory to confirm your order.

Delivery Details

After your parcel is shipped, the delivery timeline depends on your location and the courier service.

In rare cases, deliveries might face delays or require self-collection if courier services are unavailable in your area. Below are some common reasons for such delays:

• Limited courier support in certain areas.
• Incomplete or incorrect delivery addresses.
• External factors such as weather, public holidays, or operational delays.

Customer Support

We have a dedicated logistics team that works tirelessly to assist with your delivery. While we coordinate closely with courier services, please note that we do not have complete control over their operations. However, we are happy to file complaints or follow up on your behalf to resolve any delivery issues.

Important Note

1: Check the Parcel: Upon receiving your parcel, inspect it carefully to ensure the seal is intact and there are no signs of damage or tampering.
2: Refuse Damaged Parcels: If the parcel appears tampered with or the flyer is damaged, refuse to accept it and inform us immediately.
3: Record Unboxing Video: Always record a video while opening the parcel. In case of courier mishandling, we will require this proof to escalate the issue with the courier company.
