Warranty Terms

For products covered under warranty, the following terms must be adhered to:

• Replacement Process: Replacements are processed within the timeline mentioned on the warranty page after the product is inspected and approved.

Order Confirmation Terms

When placing an order with MobileFix.Pk, the following rules apply:

1: Order Verification: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all order details are correct at the time of confirmation.

2: Non-Responsibility for Errors: MobileFix.Pk is not liable for incorrect orders placed by the customer.

3: Cancellation Policy: Orders can only be canceled before shipping. Once shipped, cancellations will not be entertained.

Return & Refund Policy

When placing an order with MobileFix.Pk, the following rules apply:

No Returns Policy:
MobileFix.Pk does not accept product returns. Products are only eligible for replacements under warranty guidelines.

Refunds:
Refunds are only applicable in rare cases where a replacement is not available or if MobileFix.Pk is unable to fulfill the order.

1: Compliance with Local Laws:

3: Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes arising between MobileFix.Pk and the customer will be resolved in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. In the event of a legal dispute, the matter will be referred to the competent courts in Pakistan.

Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate details are provided during the order and warranty claim process.
• Retain proof of purchase and unboxing videos, as these are mandatory for warranty claims.
• Avoid tampering with warranty seals or using unauthorized adhesives or modifications, as these void the warranty.
